Used to generate baseline annotations. The generation steps are as follows:

1. Click the benchmark command to bring up the Benchmark dialog box.

2. Set information such as the benchmark label and style in the dialog box

• Benchmark label: Enter the text to set the benchmark label

• Style: Select the style of the benchmark

• Font: Set the font of the annotation

• Text: Add custom text around the benchmark symbol

  

• Color: Set the color of the annotation

3. Click once in the viewport to determine where the benchmark is pointing. Move the mouse to appear the benchmark preview.

4. Click again to place the benchmark in the current position of the mouse.

Note: When the benchmark points to the side line, the lead will automatically change to a polyline style.
