# Feature Dependency


An associated element for visually viewing a particular element.

Usage:After selecting a part, fit or assembly feature in the viewport or feature list, right-click on [parent-child relationship] to display the parent-child relationship table of the feature in the viewport.

  • Picking up different items shows the parent-child relationship in the following table:
Items picked up Parent features Child Characteristics
Parts (regardless of level) Select the name of the part in the instance list l The fit, feature in the assembly, only the part name is displayed when there is no fit and featurel When there is an external reference, the part where the external reference is located is displayed
