# Polygon


Creates an equilateral polygon with a number of sides between 3-64.

# Drawing Steps

  1. Click The polygon to turn on the polygon command.

  1. Polygon type:Inscribed Polygon, Circumscribed Polygon.

  2. Parameters:Diameter, Number of Edges, Angle, Center Coordinates.

# Inscribed Polygon

Draws the inner polygon of the circle.

  • Select the inscribed polygon.

  • In the graphics area, click First to determine the center of the polygon.

  • Move the mouse cursor to determine the diameter of the polygon's outer circle.

  • Enter the number of sides in the parameter and Enter to determine the number of sides.

  • Click in an empty space in the graphics area to create a polygon.

  • Change the diameter value of the circle in the parameter.

  • End the command by the ESC key, or by right-clicking [Exit Inscribed Polygon] in the menu, or by "Close" in the command bar.

# Circumscribed Polygon

Draws the out-tangent polygon of the circle.

  • Select the circumscribed polygon .

  • In the graphics area, click First to determine the center of the polygon.

  • Move the mouse to determine the diameter of the polygon's inner circle.

  • Enter the number of sides in the parameter and Enter to determine the number of sides.

  • Click in an empty space in the graphics area to create a polygon.

  • Change the diameter value of the circle in the parameter.

  • End the command by the ESC key, or by right-clicking [Exit Circumscribed Polygon] in the menu, or by "Close" in the command bar.

# Attribute Box

Left-click a polygon's line in the viewport to display its properties, which are identical to a polyline or circle.
