Edges to Extend

Extend the edges of a solid or surface in the direction of the chosen plane to generate an extended surface.

Instructions for use

Click to enter the stitching command interface, as shown in the picture below.

The meanings of each control are as follows:

1. Direction: Used to select a plane, and the generated extended surface is parallel to the plane.

Note：

It can be a datum plane or a flat solid surface or surface.

2. Edges to be extended: Used to select the edges to generate an extended surface.

Note：

An edge or a continuous set of edges can be selected; edges should belong to the same entity or surface.

3. Extension along the tangent plane: Control whether to extend the tangent lines connected by the selected lines.

4. Length: Control the length of the extended surface, you can click the reverse button reverse extension.

5. Click 'OK' button to generate a whole surface.
